Multi-family development and street rehabilitation project in the heart of the Bishop Arts District. Working alongside Rampart Multifamily, we replaced the aging 8" water main along 8th Street—from Adams to Llewellyn—and went a step beyond standard patchwork.

Instead of just filling in the cuts, we completely re-paved the full stretch of 8th Street between intersections, giving the area a fresh, unified look to match the new apartment community rising alongside it.
